JASON SCHWARTZ

Managing Partner

Jason has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, and investment fund management. He has experience in various industries as an investor, executive, and investment banker. He is a co-founder of League Advisors and has held senior investment banking positions at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers in the US and Asia. He has a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from the University of Tokyo, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. He is fluent in Japanese.

DUSTIN HARRIS

Partner

Dustin has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, and asset management in both the United States and Canada. He is a co-founder of League Advisors and has held investment banking positions at CIBC, Jefferies and FBR Capital Markets. He specializes in public and private M&A and capital markets transactions with a focus on the Energy, Industrials and Services sectors. He has a B.S. from Bucknell University.

BRIAN VALIK, CPA

Managing Director

Brian worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs for 10 years, advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. At Goldman, his clients included banks, financial technology firms and specialty finance companies. Early in his career, Brian worked at Arthur Andersen as an auditor and at Morgan Stanley within the firm’s Finance Division. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics. He also graduated cum laude from Rutgers University with a degree in accounting.
