Experience Requirements:

  • Analysts: 1-2 years of experience at a bulge bracket or middle-market investment banking firm
  • Associates: 3-4 years of experience at a bulge bracket or middle-market investment banking firm
  • Vice Presidents: 5-7 years of experience in sell-side, buy-side, or capital markets transactions at a bulge bracket or middle-market investment banking firm
  • Senior Coverage Investment Bankers: Previous experience as a Director, Executive Director, or Managing Director at a bulge bracket or middle-market investment banking firm, along with a strong pipeline of potential transactions
